team x is part of the Omnicom network and provides consulting services, marketing strategy, technology and data innovation exclusively to Daimler / Mercedes-Benz.

At the heart of the team x transformation are the Experience Centers, a centralised team delivering Mercedes-Benz’s Digital Experience for their Markets. This role will work within the Experience Centers and drive the transformation by coordinating delivery across the Markets.

The Role The AEM Project Manager is a role which would suit someone who has hands-on experience of working within web content delivery and website experience management. You work within a centralized management team to ensure that new campaign pages are properly briefed, coordinated and deployed for the Markets. You are comfortable working to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment where there is always a new exciting problem to solve.

This is also an extremely collaborative role which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams across many different Markets. You enjoy collaborating with different groups of people and ensuring that everyone remains aligned.

Responsabilities – Project Management Project Management

• Responsible for project management for the ECx team
• Join regular meetings with EC team, Hub, QA team, Global team
• Contributes to the Forward Planning of incoming work
• Works with OneWeb Lead on planning, reporting, escalation resolution

Work prioritization / Ticket Triage

• Performs regular triage of the Horizon tickets with the OW Hub
• Able to assess priority of the task
• Based on information provided by the Markets, prioritize the backlog of the ECx/Hub according to deadline and Market / EC priority.
• Work with the EC to confirm priorities

Sanity Check

• Responsible for tracking OW Hub deliverables against the brief and communicated deadlines
• Responsible for checking implementation was completed as per briefed
• Creating the Content Matrix as per preview URL
• Sharing the preview/Content Matrix with Market/EC

Briefing

• Checks the brief to ensure it is fit for purpose
• Works with Market, EC and Hub to make sure the brief is fit to purpose
• Clarifies any OW Hub queries with Market or EC
• Submits brief to OW Hub via Horizon/Asana

Status Reporting

• Responsible for all status reporting across the ECx team
• Owner of the daily ticket triage reports
• Owner of the QA report
• Owner of the Status Report

Skills And Experience

• Existing 3-5 years Project Management experience in an agency environment, on digital products with some level of technical development for web-based projects.
• Experience managing complex deliveries/rollouts across multiple platform tenants
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Adobe Experience Manager and basic coding knowledge is an added benefit.
• Knowledge of task management tools such as Asana, and Slack is an added benefit.
