AEO Program Director (Delivery Director)

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use.

Mission of the Role You lead a team of 5–8 strategists, specialists and a coordinator who deliver for a portfolio of enterprise clients: typically 7–12 clients and a $2–3M book. You’re a strategist first. You turn each client’s roadmap into a plan, run the team that delivers it, and review the work before it reaches the client. You run the client’s working sessions and status calls every week.

On our enterprise accounts, AEO Program Directors lead the dedicated team that delivers the work: the plan, the people and the quality. AEO Marketing Directors own the client relationship, the strategic roadmap and the account’s growth. You’re client-facing every week, and the key relationship, renewals and expansions sit with the AEO Marketing Director.

Reports to: a Group AEO Marketing Director. Team: 5–8 direct reports.

What you'll own

• The delivery plan for every client on your team: milestones, owners, dependencies and dates across every channel.
• Effort estimates and the hours budget. You size changes, flag scope creep and keep the team on margin.
• Your team: hiring with your Group AEO Marketing Director, coaching, quarterly reviews and day-to-day management.
• Quality. You review strategy and deliverables before they go to the client.
• The client's working team: weekly status, working sessions and delivery reporting.
• Delivery risk. You raise it early and run the delivery side of any recovery plan.

What you bring

• 7+ years in agency strategy, delivery or client services, including 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience delivering multi-channel B2B programs (SEO, content, paid, social, communities) for several clients at once.
• A strategist's eye for quality, and the project discipline to hit dates.
• Comfort running working sessions with client marketing teams.
• Working knowledge of how AI search is changing B2B buyer discovery.

Position Details

• Full-time (Monday to Friday, ~40 hours/week), Full Remote
• Target Location: Canada, USA
• Compensation: Base salary $105k–$130k depending on experience and location
• Variable compensation: Target 10% of base, paid quarterly on team margin, client retention and delivery quality. Where you land in the range depends on experience. US ranges may be adjusted for cost of labor in your state. Benefits are on top of base.
