Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and optimize customer experience solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer journey orchestration, real-time customer profile management, audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components including schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Develop audience segments and activation strategies for personalized customer engagement.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe and third-party platforms using APIs and data connectors.
• Create and manage event-based, batch, and real-time customer journeys.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, profile stitching, segmentation, and journey execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize journeys based on insights and analytics.
• Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices are followed.
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Schemas & XDM Data Model

• Segmentation Service

• Data Ingestion APIs

• Offer Decisioning

• Journey Orchestration

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

• Experience in REST APIs, JSON, and data integration.

• Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
