Treetop Trekking is looking for enthusiastic individuals who love spending time outdoors to join our team. As a Guide you and your co-workers will go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a fun and safe experience at our parks. You will make the difference between someone having a good visit and a great visit, and you will go the extra mile to make their visit unforgettable.

Who we are looking for:

• You are energetic, love interacting with the public, and providing excellent customer service
• You love being part of a hard-working team, and bring a positive attitude with you wherever you go
• You don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and working rain or shine
• You can perform light physical work such as lifting, bending, and climbing for long periods of time
• You have or are willing to get your First Aid and CPR certification
• It is a bonus if you have visited one of our parks or worked at a similar operation
• It is an asset if you have experience working in outdoor education or guiding

Responsibilities as a Guide:

• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave
• Conduct technical guiding tasks such as equipment and park inspections, outfitting guests in their gear, and leading guest safety orientations
• Ensure our parks are in excellent shape, that they are clean, and that the surrounding natural environment is being respected
• Support guests while they are participating in our activities and be on the lookout for ways that you can make each guests visit as memorable as possible
• Help ensure the safety of our guests and your co-workers
• Work with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment

Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
