Aero Engine Design Engineer

Role: Aero Engineer Design / Stress Engineer

Location: Derby/ Bristol, UK (Hybrid)

Employment type: Full Time Permanent

Experience required:

Should have at least 6+ years of working experience on Turbomachinery components like Gas Turbine for Power and/or Aviation industry.

Strong understanding of aero engine modules such as Compressors, Turbines, Combustion, Structures, Casings, Rotatives, and Airfoils.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the projects & are on target.

Capture requirements/scope from customer.

Sound knowledge of Aero Engine Component Design and Non-Conformance Assessment Process and sentencing of production / Overhaul / Service Components (Technical Variance)

Experience in design, development, and Non-Conformance/ DAR's/ PDG/TAD and QN assessment aero engine components

Experience in design, development and installations for engine external components such as ducts, harness, pipes, hoses and brackets
