What your day could look like

You clock in at 6:30 AM and start with a quick stand-up. Then you rotate through hands-on tasks that build real, career-making skills:

• Learn light mechanical assembly and part finishing—helicoils, dowels, rivets—under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Assist with shipping & receiving: packing, labeling, and occasional deliveries that keep work moving.
• Help machines run smoothly by checking fluids and performing basic upkeep.
• Jump in wherever the shop needs a hand—because teamwork makes great parts.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability—show up on time, follow through, and be eager to learn
• Comfort with physical work—lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
• Basic computer skills; willingness to navigate modern shop software
