What they need
Role: Aerospace Master Scheduler & Capacity Planning Manager
Location: Windsor, CT
Picture your Monday: a quick huddle with Operations and Engineering, a review of this week’s capacity model, and a call with a key aerospace customer to lock in on-time delivery commitments. By midweek, you’ve tuned the production schedule to hit critical milestones, balanced materials and labor, and translated fresh demand signals into actionable work orders. By Friday, you’re presenting performance metrics and readiness risks to leadership, while deploying a new planning tool your team piloted to mature our scheduling discipline.

What You’ll Lead
- Build and maintain integrated production plans and detailed shop-floor schedules aligned to customer demand and business objectives.
- Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth execution of the plan.
- Engage directly with customers to meet on-time delivery expectations.
- Track progress against plan; re-sequence and reallocate resources as needed to protect deadlines and throughput.
- Mine production data to surface trends, improve forecasts, and recommend process and system enhancements.
- Develop tools, templates, and standards that elevate the planning function across the factory.
- Champion safety and quality adherence in every step of the schedule.
- Report performance metrics and plan health to senior leadership.
