What you’ll handle

• Assemble aerospace components strictly to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Apply shop math to calculate measurements and tolerances with accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide each build.
• Partner with teammates to refine techniques and improve processes.
• Keep your work area organized and compliant with safety and cleanliness standards.

What you bring

• 3–10 years of aviation experience.
• Proven background in mechanical assembly within aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair practices for assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in shop math for precise measurements and calculations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
