We are looking for a skilled Workday US Payroll Specialist with 5 to 10 years of experience in specific Workday US Payroll configuration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US taxation, FLSA, and garnishment compliance.

Roles and Responsibility

• Configure and maintain Earnings, Deductions, Pay Groups, and Tax rules specific to US regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during payroll settlement runs, off-cycle payments, and reversals.

• Ensure configuration aligns with federal, state, and local tax updates and garnishment requirements.

• Maintain the payroll-to-GL integration and resolve accounting discrepancies.

• Lead testing for bi-annual Workday releases regarding payroll functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues between Core HCM and Payroll.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll configuration.

• Deep understanding of US taxation, FLSA, and garnishment compliance.

• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between Core HCM and Payroll.

• Strong knowledge of Workday's architecture and design principles.
