AES Oracle EPM Associate

The Opportunity

Join our team and contribute to consulting projects that help clients improve operational efficiency through enterprise performance management solutions. Collaborate with diverse teams and clients to analyze business needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for effective application utilization.

As an AES Oracle EPM Associate, you will provide consulting support for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will help assess client needs and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing the technical and professional skills required to deliver quality work. You will build client relationships, deepen your understanding of technology resources, and take ownership of assignments that contribute to project success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess and address performance management needs using Oracle technologies.
• Design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting.
• Provide training and support to clients to facilitate the integration and use of Oracle enterprise performance management tools.
• Analyze client requirements to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
• Support client engagements by contributing to project tasks and delivering quality work.
• Develop skills and knowledge in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance client solutions.
• Gather and interpret data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Build professional credibility by consistently delivering value and adapting to diverse client environments.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a productive working environment.
• Maintain professional and technical standards while adhering to applicable codes of conduct and independence requirements.

What You Must Have

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, or Business Administration or Management.
• At least one Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in diverse environments.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong organizational skills to support project success.
• Willingness to accept feedback and apply it to improve performance and professional growth.
