Aesthetic Clinician

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated BHMS / BDS/ BAMS Doctor to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient consultations, conducting medical assessments, assisting in treatment planning, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring exceptional patient care. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sound clinical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering ethical and evidence-based Esthetic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and document detailed Case History
• Conduct detailed patient consultations, examinations, and medical assessments.
• Diagnose patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans within the scope of practice.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up consultations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with specialists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, preventive healthcare, and post-treatment care.
• Handle medical emergencies appropriately and provide timely clinical support when required.
• Assist in maintaining quality standards and infection control practices.
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education programs.
• Support patient counseling and contribute to improving patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• BHMS / BDS / BAMS from a recognized institution
• Valid State Medical/Dental Council Registration.
• 1–5 years of clinical experience (Freshers with strong academic background may also be considered).
• Excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good documentation and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
