Aesthetic Dermatologist (SPDVE)

About the role

This is a medical aesthetics role requiring a qualified dermatologist to conduct skin assessments, facial aesthetic evaluations, and medical aesthetic consultations to develop personalized treatment plans. You will perform Skin Booster injections, botulinum toxin injections, thread lifting, and subcutaneous procedures using blunt-tip cannulas, within the physician's authorized scope of practice and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct skin assessments, facial aesthetic evaluations, and medical aesthetic consultations to develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform Skin Booster injections, botulinum toxin injections, thread lifting, and subcutaneous procedures using blunt-tip cannulas, within the physician's authorized scope of practice and clinical standards
• Clearly explain treatment options, potential risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare requirements, building trust through professional and ethical communication
• Conduct post-treatment assessments, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment management, including the timely recognition and management of adverse reactions and complications
• Assess patients' general health, lifestyle, and nutritional status, providing appropriate health management advice within the physician's expertise and referring patients when necessary
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care and a positive patient experience
• Participate in internal training, case discussions, and clinical quality improvement activities

About you

• A recognized medical degree and specialist qualification in dermatology, with valid registration and the licenses required to practice locally
• At least 2–3 years of clinical experience in medical aesthetics preferred
• Proficiency and hands-on clinical experience in Skin Booster injections, botulinum toxin injections, thread lifting, and subcutaneous procedures using blunt-tip cannulas
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aseptic techniques, and injection safety, with the ability to prevent, recognize, and manage common treatment complications
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that achieve natural-looking results
• Proven experience in patient consultations, communication, expectation management, and follow-up care
• Experience in general health assessments; additional experience in nutrition, preventive medicine, or comprehensive health management is an advantage
• International education, overseas clinical experience, or international professional training is highly desirable
• Strong professional ethics, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning and structured training
