Klinik Dr. Sophia Y is a growing aesthetic and wellness clinic with multiple branches across Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan. We are committed to providing safe, ethical, and evidence-based aesthetic treatments while delivering excellent patient care and customer experience.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Medical Doctors to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Kota Damansara, and Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations and assess patients' aesthetic and wellness concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and expectations.
• Perform aesthetic procedures and treatments within the scope of practice and competency.
• Provide professional medical advice and educate patients on treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinic SOPs, Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines, and professional standards.
• Work closely with beauticians, customer service, and management teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in training, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through excellent service and follow-up care.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).

• Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).

• Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

• Prior experience in aesthetic medicine is an added advantage.

• Fresh doctors with strong interest in aesthetic medicine are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong patient-care mindset.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster.

• MUST completed your compulsory service (Khidmat Wajib) with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM)
