AESTHETIC DOCTOR

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and medical assessments.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments based on patients’ needs and conditions.
• Perform aesthetic procedures within the Doctor’s approved scope of practice and
• competency.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected results, risks and aftercare to patients.
• Obtain proper informed consent before treatments.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures.
• Manage treatment-related complications or adverse reactions appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
• Ensure all treatments follow proper clinical, hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with nurses, clinic assistants and the clinic team.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards when dealing with patients.
• Keep updated with developments and best practices in aesthetic medicine.

Requirements

• MBBS, MD or equivalent recognised medical qualification.
• Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
• Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Possess a valid LCP in Aesthetic Medical Practice.
• Experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic is preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Fresh doctors with an interest in aesthetic medicine are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Professional, responsible and able to work well as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays according to the clinic’s schedule.
