Responsibilities

• Administer aesthetic injections such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols
• Perform a variety of skin rejuvenation treatments including chemical peels, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing
• Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations to ensure informed decisions
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of all tools and treatment areas
• Manage client consultations to assess needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and communicate expected outcomes effectively
• Utilize salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry with a focus on injection administration
• Certification or licensure in nursing, cosmetology, or related healthcare fields required; additional training in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers preferred
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare procedures highly desirable
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee client flow and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, team collaboration, and social media engagement
• Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and retail sales management
• Experience in hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application or barbering is a plus but not required
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while providing exceptional guest services in a hospitality-driven environment

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 18.0 per week
