Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and develop customized treatment plans that align with their expectations.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards during all procedures, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential outcomes, and product recommendations to enhance results and satisfaction.
• Manage client appointments efficiently and record keeping.
• Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, treatment information, and engaging content to promote services.
• Support retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages that meet client needs while upselling effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed nursing with experience in injection administration and aesthetic treatments.
• WILLING TO TRAIN INDIVIDUALS
• Proven expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, esthetic laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and aftercare.
• Experience working in the beauty industry or medical aesthetics with a focus on client service excellence.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, tattooing, hair styling, hair extensions, and barbering is a plus.
• Ability to handle retail sales confidently while promoting product demos and upselling opportunities.
• Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes and maintaining a vibrant online presence.

Pay: $45.09 - $54.30 per hour
