Duties

• Perform aesthetic injections including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety, adhering to all sanitation and medical protocols
• Administer various aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser treatments, body waxing, and skin rejuvenation therapies
• Conduct client consultations to assess their aesthetic goals and develop customized treatment plans that meet their expectations
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to ensure optimal results
• Manage client records efficiently using salon or med spa software like Millennium or MINDBODY, including treatment documentation and follow-up scheduling
• Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a strong online presence to attract new clients
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic devices while upselling complementary treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license or cosmetology certification with specialized training in injection administration and aesthetic procedures
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry or med spa environment with a focus on aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and chemical peels
• Strong management skills to coordinate front desk operations, guest services, and treatment scheduling effectively
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, education, and building lasting relationships
• Knowledge of salon software systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment management and record keeping
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes and client engagement
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols during all procedures
• Experience with hair threading, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair styling or barbering is a plus but not required
• Passion for ongoing learning about new aesthetic techniques and industry trends to continually improve service offerings

Pay: $1,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week
