Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and client safety
• Provide expert consultations to assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on available services and products
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment
• Manage client communication effectively, addressing questions, concerns, and post-treatment care instructions with professionalism
• Utilize software such as Mangomint and Vagaro for scheduling appointments, documenting treatments, and managing client records
• Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing success stories, and building a strong online presence to attract new clients

Skills

• Proven experience working in the med spa environment with a focus on aesthetic treatments
• Certification in injection administration (Botox, dermal fillers) and esthetic laser treatments; additional certifications in chemical peels or skin resurfacing are a plus
• Strong management skills to coordinate client schedules and oversee treatment rooms efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
• Knowledge of salon software platforms such as Mangomint and Vagaro retail sales system
• Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes
• Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously while managing multiple client appointments seamlessly
• Deep understanding of esthetic laser technology, dermabrasion techniques, chemical peels, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic procedures
• Strong sales acumen with upselling abilities to recommend appropriate products or additional treatments
• Exceptional communication skills to educate clients about treatment options and post-care instructions

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
