Rumi Aesthetics is a boutique medspa suite in Chino, CA, led by a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on precise, natural-looking results. We offer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF/EZ Gel, PDO threads, biostimulators, microneedling, chemical peels, operating under the medical direction of Dr. Steve Yoelin. Position: Aesthetic Nurse Injector (Part-Time)

Rumi Aesthetics is hiring a part-time Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing practice in Chino, CA. You'll perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, support patient consultations, and help deliver the precise, elevated experience our patients expect — while building and owning your own client base.

Responsibilities

• Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler injections per protocol and under Dr. Yoelin's medical direction
• Conduct patient consultations, assess candidacy, and set realistic expectations
• Maintain accurate charting, consent documentation, and photo records in Boulevard
• Follow Rumi's clinical protocols, triage rubrics, and aftercare guidance
• Build rapport with patients to drive retention, rebooking, and referrals
• Keep the treatment room organized and assist with light inventory tracking

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing
• 2+ years hands-on experience performing neurotoxin and filler injections in an aesthetic/medspa setting required
• Comfortable working under a Medical Director's protocols and standing orders
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first bedside manner
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Self-motivated and comfortable being measured on production and rebooking, not just hours worked

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time; days and hours set based on availability and patient demand
• Base pay: $45-60/hour, depending on experience + Bonus structure
• Total earning potential grows directly with the clientele you build; established injectors in the Inland Empire/Southern California market typically earn $80,000–$150,000+/year full-time equivalent

Building Your Clientele

This role is best suited to an experienced injector who wants to grow and own a patient panel. Rumi Aesthetics provides marketing support, front-desk booking, and a warm referral base, but actively building rapport, rebooking your own patients, and growing your book is a core expectation of this role and it's how your bonus structure grows.
