Responsibilities

• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation techniques with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and treatment planning to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, post-treatment care, and potential risks to foster informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Manage patient flow efficiently while providing exceptional customer service that promotes client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred.
• Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and dermatology principles relevant to aesthetic medicine.
• Experience working with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Athenahealth for accurate documentation.
• Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, and HIPAA compliance standards.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
