Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative aesthetic medicine team. Your responsibilities will include performing non-invasive procedures, patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care. Duties

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser(Fotona-we will certified) therapies with precision and care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and skin evaluations to determine suitable treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and realistic outcomes to foster informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers within a collaborative practice framework to ensure safe and effective treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Athenahealth.
• Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments, following up on treatment results, and addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Ensure sterile technique during procedures such as injections, suturing, or specimen collection while adhering to infection control standards.

Skills

• Proven experience with aesthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and advanced skin care techniques.
• Strong clinical background with experience in medical office settings, including familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to aesthetic medicine and injectable treatments.
• Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate clients on procedures and manage expectations effectively.
• Ability to perform minor procedures like suturing, IV infusion, venipuncture, catheter care, and sterile processing confidently.
• Critical care experience or hospital-based nursing background is highly valued for managing complex cases or emergencies.
• Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes and understanding of Workers’ Compensation law related to injury management in aesthetic settings.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
