Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), and laser treatments with precision and artistry.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including skin analysis, medical history review, and treatment planning to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, post-treatment care, and safety protocols to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring accuracy in all patient records.
• Manage patient flow efficiently by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and consultations using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new laser technologies, injectable techniques, and skincare products.
• Adhere strictly to sterile techniques, infection control protocols, and safety standards during all procedures to ensure optimal patient safety.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred.
• Proven experience performing Botox (botulinum toxin) treatments, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin health to tailor treatments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures and post-care instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience working in medical offices specializing in dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine is highly desirable. Pay: $55.72 - $70.00 per hour
