Our growing aesthetic and wellness practice in Katonah, NY is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with hands-on aesthetic injecting experience to join our clinical team.

This position is designed for a provider who is already comfortable independently evaluating and treating aesthetic patients. This is not an entry-level or transition-to-aesthetics position.

The ideal provider combines strong clinical judgment with an artistic eye and has current experience performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments while delivering natural, refined results.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and other neuromodulators, as well as dermal fillers.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and determine appropriate patient candidacy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on facial anatomy, patient goals, clinical needs, facial balance, and proportion.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic outcomes, risks, benefits, aftercare, and treatment timelines.
• Recognize, assess, and appropriately manage or escalate treatment complications and adverse events.
• Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment care and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, injection mapping, and informed consent documentation.
• Follow all clinical, safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols.
• Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, professionalism, and personalized care.
• Stay current on aesthetic products, injection techniques, technologies, safety protocols, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to create a seamless patient experience.
• Support patient retention and practice growth through excellent clinical care and appropriate treatment recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted New York Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Current prescribing privileges and all other credentials required to practice in New York.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred.
• Current experience independently performing neuromodulator injections and dermal filler treatments.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, facial balance and proportions, aesthetic treatment planning, product selection, dosing, and injection technique.
• Knowledge of injectable complication prevention, recognition, emergency protocols, and appropriate escalation.
• Excellent clinical judgment with a strong commitment to patient safety.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Warm, professional, patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable independently evaluating and treating aesthetic patients.
• Able to reliably work in person in Katonah, NY.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Additional aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, PRP/PRF, biostimulators, or skin rejuvenation.
• Experience with lasers, RF devices, or other energy-based aesthetic technologies.
• Experience working in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa environment.
• Established understanding of patient retention and long-term aesthetic treatment planning.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced aesthetic NP or PA who can confidently step into an injector role with minimal foundational training.

The right provider understands that successful aesthetic medicine requires more than completing an injectable course. You should have real-world patient treatment experience, sound clinical judgment, strong knowledge of facial anatomy and complication management, and the ability to create subtle, natural-looking results while developing long-term patient relationships.

Pay: $41.00 - $50.00 per hour
