Aesthetic Physician

About the role

As an Associate Aesthetic Physician, you will work closely with the Medical Director and gradually develop the capability to independently manage Altruva patients. You will learn to assess, understand, plan, treat, reassess and evolve in your approach to aesthetic medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Assessing facial aging, skin quality, facial proportions and patient concerns
• Developing individualized treatment strategies
• Performing aesthetic procedures according to competency and Altruva protocols
• Providing clear and ethical patient education
• Managing patient follow-ups and treatment progression
• Maintaining accurate medical records and clinical documentation
• Ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical SOPs
• Collaborating with nurses, therapists and the Altruva team
• Participating in case discussions and clinical training

About you

• Medical Doctor (Profesi Dokter)
• Active STR
• Eligible for the required SIP
• Clinical experience, preferably with 6–12+ months of aesthetic medicine experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Patient-oriented and ethically driven
• Willing to learn and receive mentorship
• Comfortable working according to clinical SOPs
• Passionate about aesthetic medicine and continuous improvement
