We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Facial Therapist to join our growing team and help our clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for.

The Role

As an/a Aesthetic Practitioner / Facial Therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments while delivering an outstanding client experience. You will work alongside our aesthetic professionals in a modern, welcoming clinic dedicated to excellence in skincare and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform professional facial treatments tailored to individual skin concerns.

* Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.

* Advise clients on skincare products and home care routines.

* Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.

* Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised, and compliant with health and hygiene standards.

* Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Stay up to date with the latest skincare, wellness, and massage techniques.

Essential Requirements

* Qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 3 or equivalent).

* Certified in facial treatments and massage therapy.

* Previous experience in a beauty, aesthetics, or wellness clinic.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Professional, friendly, and confident manner.

* Passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering exceptional client care.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.

Desirable Skills

* Experience with advanced facial treatments.

* Knowledge of skincare brands and products.

* Experience in luxury clinics or medical aesthetics.

* Additional qualifications in wellness or holistic therapies.
