Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including makeup application, skin rejuvenation, and other non-invasive procedures with precision and care
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized advice, and ensuring a positive experience from consultation to aftercare
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options to support their aesthetic goals
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and manage expectations confidently
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress notes for future reference
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance your skills

Requirements

• Proven experience in makeup application and customer service within an aesthetic or beauty environment
• Strong communication skills in English to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients
• Ability to work confidently with clients of diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry best practices
• A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Certification or training in aesthetic procedures is preferred ; willingness to learn is essential
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed
