What they need
We are seeking a professional and personable Clinic Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointments and handle client inquiries
- Process card payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
- With experience processing card payments or payment terminals (POS)
- With experience in a luxury clinic/spa/wellness setting or in hotel
- Strong communication skills (English-speaking preferred)
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance
- Willing to work for extended hours
- Good at Math
Working Schedule (Shifting Schedule):
- 10 am to 7 pm
- 11 am to 8 pm
