Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Overview

Couture Dermatology & Laser Beverly Hills is a fast-growing aesthetic dermatology practice looking for a driven, coachable sales professional to own our virtual consultation process end to end. This is a remote, commission-heavy sales seat — not a clinical or administrative role — for someone who wants to be paid for performance.

What You'll Own

• Be the first point of contact for every new lead, working inside our speed-to-lead standard (first outreach within minutes of a lead coming in).
• Make a minimum of 60 outbound dials per day to prospective patients.
• Run our Virtual Consultation 1 (VC1) call: qualify the prospect, present and close our $500 in-depth skin assessment, and collect payment on the call.
• Book qualified, assessment-paid prospects onto Virtual Consultation 2 with our lead physician.
• Own the full follow-up cadence for every lead, including personalized video touches after each booking.
• Conduct professional and empathetic virtual consultations with clients via phone or video calls, providing clear guidance and support.
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries related to health insurance, medical procedures, or appointment scheduling.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and specialized EMR/EHR systems to accurately document patient interactions, update records, and perform data entry tasks.
• Assist clients with navigating healthcare options, explaining medical terminology, and clarifying health insurance benefits with transparency and patience.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with diverse populations, including multilingual clients when applicable.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual platforms or electronic health records to ensure smooth consultation experiences.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate timely information exchange and follow-up actions.

What Success Looks Like

• Number of paid consultations booked and shown per month.
• Lead-to-showed-consult conversion rate.
• Speed to lead under 5 minutes during coverage hours.
• Package revenue generated downstream from the consults you book.

What We're Looking For

• Prior phone or Zoom sales experience with conviction-based / high-consideration purchases (you've sold something a buyer had to believe in, not just a commodity).
• Availability for weekend coverage — our patients book and call on weekends.
• Coachable: you'll be trained on a proven script and process, and you'll be expected to follow it and improve on it.
• Comfortable discussing five-figure treatment investments with prospective patients without flinching.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable being on camera — this role is performed on video calls.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and documentation.
• Experience with phone call management, phone etiquette, and problem-solving in customer service contexts.

Compensation

• On-target earnings of $55,000–$70,000/year: a base of $3,000–$4,000/month plus uncapped, tiered commission paid per showed consultation, with an override on package revenue at our top performance tier. Full structure is walked through during the interview process.
