Aesthetic Sales Outlet Manager / Assistant Sales Outlet Manager

Kelly Oriental is looking for a strong, sales-driven Aesthetic Sales Outlet Manager / Assistant Sales Outlet Manager with proven experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry.

Strong Senior Sales Consultants who are ready to step up into a leadership role are also welcome to apply. Previous managerial experience is not required for the Assistant Manager position.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who is confident in consultation, closing high-value packages, serving premium clientele and driving strong sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales to achieve monthly targets
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic, beauty and skincare treatments
• Strong in closing, upselling and converting high-value packages
• Serve high-spending and premium clientele who expect personalised attention and a high level of service
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales, referrals and long-term loyalty
• Coach, support and motivate Sales Consultants to improve consultation, conversion and closing performance
• Support team members in handling important customers and closing higher-value sales
• Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
• Lead by example through strong personal sales and closing performance

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, slimming or wellness
• Proven track record in achieving strong personal sales targets
• Strong consultation, closing, upselling and high-ticket sales skills
• Confident in selling premium beauty and aesthetic treatments and packages
• Experienced in serving high-end, high-spending and discerning clientele
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented
• Well-groomed, polished and professional, with a presence suited to a premium beauty brand
• Managerial or team leadership experience preferred for the Manager position
• Previous managerial experience is not required for Assistant Manager — strong Senior Sales Consultants ready for career progression are welcome
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve our clientele and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Working Location: Central Singapore
Salary: Total monthly income can reach up to SGD 9,000, including commission and incentives.

• 推动个人及团队销售，完成每月业绩目标

• 具备优秀的成交、加单及高客单销售转化能力
• 服务高消费、高端客户群，提供细致、个性化及高水准的专属服务
• 建立及维护良好客户关系，提高复购、转介绍及客户忠诚度
• 指导、支持及带动销售顾问，提高咨询、转化及成交能力
• 协助团队处理重要客户及高客单成交
• 主动跟进潜在客户及现有客户，把握更多销售机会
• 以优秀的个人销售表现带动团队业绩

我们希望您具备

• 至少 3年医美、美容、护肤、瘦身或养生行业销售经验
• 有良好的个人销售业绩及达标记录
• 擅长咨询、成交、加单及高客单销售
• 有销售高端美容或医美疗程及配套的经验
• 有服务高端、高消费及对服务要求较高客户的经验
• 具备良好的客户关系维护及沟通能力
• 目标感强，积极主动，以业绩和结果为导向
• 形象端庄、仪表得体、专业有气质，符合高端精品美容品牌形象
• 销售店长职位有带团队或管理经验者优先
• 助理销售店长不要求一定有管理经验，优秀资深销售顾问并希望晋升管理岗位者欢迎申请
• 能以中英文沟通，方便服务不同客户及与中文为主要沟通语言的相关人员交流
