Aesthetic Studio / Med Spa Manager

Sirena NYC, a new luxury aesthetic studio in Manhattan, is looking for a talented, ambitious, creative, and highly organized hands-on Studio Manager to join our team.

This position combines studio management, front desk operations, client service, team coordination, and participation in marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who can independently manage day-to-day studio operations and maintain a high standard of service and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily studio operations and supervise the team

* Create and manage employee schedules and coordinate daily workflow

* Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees

* Manage appointments and client communication through Boulevard CRM

* Handle front desk operations, including calls, messages, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payments

* Maintain high standards of client service and overall client experience

* Handle client concerns, complaints, scheduling issues, and service recovery

* Monitor employee performance, punctuality, and compliance with studio standards

* Manage client follow-ups, rebooking, retention, and treatment/package sales

* Monitor inventory, supplies, and retail products

* Communicate with product and equipment suppliers as needed

* Coordinate influencer outreach and collaborations

* Participate in coordinating paid advertising and client acquisition campaigns

* Contribute ideas and participate in social media content creation

Requirements

* Experience in management, operations, front desk, or client service; experience in beauty, aesthetics, med spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality is a plus

* Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Excellent customer service and sales skills

* Experience with CRM and booking systems; Boulevard experience is a strong plus

* Understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising

* Comfortable working with VIP clients, influencers, and high-end clientele

* Fluent English; Russian and/or Ukrainian is a plus

* Professional, reliable, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working in a newly launched studio and helping establish efficient daily processes

Schedule: 35–40 hours per week, including some weekends

Location: Manhattan, New York, NY

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
