Aesthetic Therapist

Key Responsibilities

· Perform professional facial treatments, medical aesthetic procedures, and laser therapies, including but not limited to: laser treatments, advanced facials, body contouring & firming, and hair removal.

· Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations before treatments, tailoring individualised treatment plans based on clients' skin conditions and needs.

· Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures, including pre‑treatment preparation (cleansing, numbing, photography, etc.) and post‑treatment care guidance.

· Provide professional pre‑ and post‑treatment care advice to clients.

· Maintain client treatment records and after‑sales follow‑up, building and sustaining strong client relationships.

· Maintain social media account.

· Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are kept clean, safe, and comfortable.

· Support daily clinic operations and relevant administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Essential

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in beauty therapy, medical aesthetics, or related treatments.

· Proficient in operating various aesthetic devices (e.g., laser, high‑energy equipment).

· Sound knowledge of skin science and a genuine passion for medical aesthetics.

· Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑service orientation.

· Proactive, detail‑oriented, responsible, and a good team player.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred

· Holder of internationally recognised beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC) or relevant academic credentials.

· Experience with advanced medical aesthetic devices (e.g., Thermage, PICO, Candela, etc.).

· Fluency in Cantonese; good command of English and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
