Aesthetic Therapist

Job Responsibilities

• Perform facial, skin and aesthetic treatments according to company SOP.
• Conduct basic skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments based on customer concerns.
• Assist customers during consultation, treatment and aftercare.
• Prepare treatment room, equipment and products before each session.
• Ensure treatment area is clean, hygienic and well maintained.
• Assist doctor or qualified practitioner during aesthetic procedures when required.
• Explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions to customers.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Follow up with customers after treatment and assist with rebooking.
• Support sales of treatments, packages and skincare products.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records.
• Assist with stock checking and treatment supplies.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic, Cosmetology or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in beauty, facial or aesthetic treatment is preferred.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, presentable, responsible and disciplined.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new treatments, products and techniques.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays according to schedule.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu.
• Basic English is an advantage.
• Must be able to follow treatment SOP, hygiene and safety procedures.
