Aesthetic Therapist

Job Summary

The Aesthetic Therapist provides non-medical aesthetic treatments and assists in delivering safe, professional, and quality client care in accordance with approved procedures and clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct basic client assessments and identify aesthetic concerns for proper endorsement to the appropriate personnel.

Perform authorized non-medical aesthetic treatments according to established protocols.

Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after procedures.

Explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions to clients.

Monitor clients during treatments and promptly report adverse reactions or concerns to the Aesthetic Physician.

Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control standards.

Handle and maintain aesthetic equipment properly.

Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.

Assist the Aesthetic Physician during procedures when required.

Promote proper client care and a professional clinic environment.

Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.

Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Graduate of an appropriate aesthetic, beauty, nursing, or related program, depending on the role and procedures authorized by the clinic.

Relevant aesthetic treatment experience or training preferred.

Knowledge of basic skin care and aesthetic procedures.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented, professional, and able to work effectively with clients and the clinic team.
