Duties

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), and laser therapy to improve skin health and appearance
• Administer body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services to meet diverse client preferences
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens utilizing advanced salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Educate clients on aesthetic treatments, product demos, retail sales opportunities, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results
• Engage actively with clients through effective communication skills to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions that foster loyalty
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and increase brand visibility across digital platforms

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an esthetician or cosmetologist with knowledge of various aesthetic treatments and skincare procedures
• Hands-on experience with injection administration such as dermal fillers and Botox injections
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic equipment including laser devices and chemical peel applications
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage retail sales effectively by upselling products and services while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Experience using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling, client records, and sales tracking
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols related to skin care treatments, tattooing procedures (if applicable), and overall salon hygiene standards

Pay: $25.71 - $30.96 per hour
