About Élan Aesthetics

Élan Aesthetics is a luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice focused on natural, refined results and highly personalized care. We offer advanced aesthetic treatments including facial rejuvenation, body contouring, medical-grade skincare, microneedling, regenerative treatments, and injectable services.

We are growing and looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis, with an initial focus on evening appointments.

We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, professional, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping clients look and feel their best. This is an excellent opportunity for an esthetician who wants to grow within a modern medical aesthetics practice and gain experience with advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial and skincare treatments based on client needs and established Élan protocols.
• Perform T-Shape 2 body contouring treatments following appropriate training and protocols.
• Assist with advanced facial treatments and other aesthetic services within the esthetician's scope of practice.
• Provide an elevated, personalized client experience from treatment preparation through post-treatment care.
• Educate clients about treatment plans, skincare routines, home-care products, and recommended maintenance.
• Take consistent before-and-after photographs and document treatments appropriately.
• Prepare, clean, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to established infection-control standards.
• Help maintain treatment supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishment.
• Support client retention by developing genuine relationships and encouraging appropriate follow-up treatments.
• Work collaboratively with our medical director, nursing staff, aesthetic team, and front desk.
• Participate in training and continuing education as new treatments and technologies are introduced at Élan.
• Maintain the professional, polished, luxury environment and standards expected at Élan Aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia esthetics license in good standing.
• Previous esthetics, med-spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury spa experience preferred.
• Experience performing customized facials and working with professional or medical-grade skincare preferred.
• Body-contouring experience is a plus, but T-Shape 2 training can be provided.
• Comfortable learning new aesthetic technologies and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and skincare products without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative team.
• Must be available for evening shifts.

Schedule

Approximately 10–12 hours per week initially, with the opportunity for additional hours as our evening schedule grows.

Anticipated schedule may include approximately 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, 3 evenings per week. Some flexibility is preferred.

Compensation

$23–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus client tips.

Élan provides training on practice-specific treatment protocols and technologies.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
