Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapy with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Engage with clients through effective communication skills, understanding their concerns, and offering tailored solutions for their aesthetic goals.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by informing clients about benefits and usage to support ongoing skin health.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, industry techniques, and product innovations to provide top-tier service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in skincare, spa services, or esthetician roles with a strong knowledge of facial treatments.
• Certification or licensing as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist as required by local regulations.
• Proficiency in advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Sales skills for retail product promotion combined with a genuine desire to educate clients about their skincare options.

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
