About the Role

Synergy Health 360 is looking for a Licensed Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing Medical Aesthetics and Wellness team in Scottsdale and Phoenix.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and helping clients achieve their skincare and wellness goals. Hands-on experience with BTL aesthetic devices is strongly preferred, particularly candidates with experience using EMSCULPT NEO, Emtone, Exion, Emsella, or other BTL technologies.

The ideal candidate is confident performing aesthetic treatments, conducting consultations, educating patients, and creating personalized treatment plans in a professional medical spa environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform aesthetic, laser, and non-invasive body and facial treatments.
• Operate and provide treatments using BTL aesthetic devices.
• Perform treatments including:
• Laser Hair Removal
• IPL / Photofacial
• Skin Rejuvenation
• Body Contouring
• Skin Tightening
• Chemical Peels
• Hydrafacial
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling, if appropriately certified
• Conduct skin assessments and aesthetic consultations.
• Understand patient goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Explain procedures, expected results, treatment schedules, and post-care instructions.
• Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in the EMR.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized treatment rooms.
• Follow Arizona licensing requirements, safety protocols, OSHA standards, HIPAA requirements, and company policies.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience and build long-term patient relationships.
• Assist physicians and nurse injectors with aesthetic procedures when needed.
• Participate in MedSpa events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Stay current with new aesthetic technologies, skincare products, and treatment techniques.

BTL Experience

Strongly preferred: Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

• BTL EMSCULPT / EMSCULPT NEO
• BTL Emtone
• BTL Exion
• BTL Emsella
• BTL body contouring technologies
• BTL skin tightening technologies
• Other BTL aesthetic and wellness devices

Candidates with strong aesthetic experience and a willingness to learn additional BTL technologies are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Aesthetician License – Required
• Arizona Laser Technician certification/license – Required, as applicable
• 1+ year of experience in a MedSpa, medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar setting preferred
• Hands-on experience with BTL devices strongly preferred
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skincare, facial treatments, and body-contouring procedures
• Strong consultation and patient communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable recommending treatment plans and skincare products
• EMR experience preferred
