The Role

As an Aesthetician at MA CHÉRIE SKIN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments while creating a warm, personalised and highly attentive experience for every guest.

You will work across our portfolio of advanced skincare brands and treatment protocols, developing a deep understanding of their products, technologies and philosophies in order to provide informed, personalised recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional facial, body and massage treatments.
• Provide personalised and attentive guest care throughout the guest journey.
• Represent Ma Chérie SKIN and our signature luxury brands with confidence and professionalism.
• Recommend treatments and products according to each guest’s individual needs.
• Achieve treatment and retail targets.
• Maintain treatment rooms and working areas to the highest standards.
• Work closely with the Spa Manager and team to ensure the smooth running of the spa.

What We Are Looking For

• Recognised qualification as an Aesthetician / Beauty Therapist or Physiotherapy degree from the University of West Attica or a relevant private institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel spa is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable working with digital booking and retail systems.
• Strong team spirit, professionalism and attention to detail.
• A polished appearance and a genuine passion for luxury beauty and wellness.
• Additional massage and holistic qualifications, such as Reiki, Reflexology or Indian Head Massage are a valuable addition.
• Previous training with any of the following skincare brands: ELEMIS, Augustinus Bader, Noble Panacea, Biologique Recherche or iS Clinical is considered an advantage.
