Aesthetics Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate doctor to join our team of aesthetic practitioners and be based in our Hertfordshire clinic . The successful candidate will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, providing personalised care to clients seeking non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Administer non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers and skin boosters.
• Develop customised treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and manage follow-up appointments effectively.
• Ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile environment at all times.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Promote a positive client experience through excellent communication, professionalism, and empathy.

Skills

• Registered GMC / GDC qualification.
• Relevant aesthetic qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin types, and various aesthetic treatment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
• Willingness to undertake continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £40.00 per hour
