Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will embrace a whole-body wellness approach with a strong, proven history in performing aesthetic treatments including laser applications and cosmetic injectables. Demonstrate a solid understanding of skin histology, hormone therapies and nutraceuticals to support our mission of delivering optimal full patient care.

• Provide oversight and support to aesthetic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Administer energy-based treatments (Laser hair removal, CO2, IPL, skin tightening and more) and cosmetic injectables (e.g., neurotoxins, biostimulators & dermal fillers) with precision and care. Conduct patient consultations and good faith exams to assess individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with Spa Director & our team to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Valid and unrestricted NP or PA license in the State of California.

. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care and safety.

· Proven experience in performing medical aesthetic procedures (laser treatments, injectables, etc.).

· Strong understanding of aesthetic principles, skin histology/care and hormone therapies .

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

· Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and growing a business.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.

· Active on social media and engaged in the community.

· Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Responsibilities:

· Provide a wide range of medical aesthetic services, including laser light treatments, injectables, hair restoration, intimate/body wellness treatments, and more.

· Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

· Drive sales by recommending appropriate treatments and products to clients.

· Work closely with Spa Director to spearhead internal marketing initiatives to promote the aesthetics division.

· Actively engage on social media and participate in community events to raise awareness and attract new clients.

· Collaborate effectively with the existing team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

· Provide leadership and guidance as the aesthetics division expands.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
