We are seeking a motivated and qualified Aesthetics Technician to help customers achieve their goals through safe, effective laser treatments, professional facials, and personalised facial care.

The Role

As an Aesthetics Technician, you will deliver laser treatments, facials, and facial care treatments; conduct consultations and skin assessments; and support customers throughout their treatment journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and skincare, enjoys building lasting customer relationships, and is motivated to maximise their earnings through commission.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out laser hair removal and other laser-based aesthetic treatments safely and in accordance with clinic protocols.

· Perform professional facials and facial care treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and other non-invasive skincare services within the technician’s qualifications and competence.

· Conduct consultations, skin assessments, and patch tests.

· Create customised treatment plans tailored to customer needs.

· Maintain accurate treatment records and customer notes.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and laser regulations.

· Provide clear pre-treatment and aftercare advice for laser, facial, and skincare treatments.

· Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings.

· Promote suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products.

· Maintain cleanliness and professionalism within treatment areas.

Essential Requirements

• Level 4 qualification in Laser and IPL Treatments, or
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification with recognised Laser Core of Knowledge certification.

· Experience working within an aesthetics or beauty environment, including delivering professional facials or facial care treatments.

• Strong understanding of laser safety and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about customer care.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with multiple laser platforms.

· Additional qualifications in advanced facials, skincare, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or other non-invasive facial treatments.

• Sales experience with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• First Aid qualification.
