设计工程师 AET Design Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责产品设计相关议题的内外部对接与沟通。 2、使用Creo进行创新性产品设计开发，并参与FEA（有限元分析）、模流分析、CFD（计算流体力学）等评估工作。 3、在AQP（先期质量策划）及AET（项目技术团队）项目中，提供产品设计、技术要求及性能方面的支持。 4、与团队沟通设计方案，完成3D模型定稿及2D工程图纸绘制。 5、基于CAD系统完成3D和2D设计及出图工作。 6、执行3D公差分析（三维尺寸链计算）。 7、确保设计及CAD制图符合客户标准和企业规范。 8、与AET、AT（应用技术）开发部门及仿真分析团队进行协同配合。 9、与工艺团队沟通，确保设计方案具备可制造性（过程能力）。 10、参与DFMEA（设计失效模式与影响分析）会议。 11、根据工作需要配合国内外出差。 12、根据岗位发展需要，承担上级交办的新任务及职责。 任职要求： 1、机械工程或相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。 2、至少5年汽车行业从业经验，英文听说读写熟练。 3、扎实的产品设计专业知识与技能。 4、具备3D公差分析（三维尺寸计算）的实际经验。 5、熟悉FMEA及AQP流程，有相关实践经验。 6、熟练使用PTC Creo及PDM（产品数据管理）系统。 7、熟练使用基于软件的3D公差分析工具。 8、理解热管理系统架构及核心零部件的工作原理。 9、具备系统交互关系的理解与解读能力。 10、拥有从设计开发直至SOP（量产启动）阶段的产品设计成功业绩记录。 Responsibility:

• Internal and external interface for product design topics.
• Development of innovative product designs with Creo. Evaluation of FEA´s, mold flows, CFD, etc.
• Support AQP AET projects on product design, requirements and performance.
• Communicate design concept with the team for 3D design finalization and 2D drawings.
• Preparation of 3D and 2D design and drawings from the CAD.
• Performing of 3D tolerance studies.
• Ensure customer design and CAD standards are respected.
• Coordination with AET and AT development department and simulation.
• Communication with process team to ensure design process capability.
• Participation in DFMEA session.
• Business trips upon request.
• Carry over of new tasks and responsibilities given the job description. Requirement: -University degree in mechanical engineering or similar. -At least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry. -Solid know-how in product design. -Experience in 3D tolerance calculation. -Experience in FMEA and AQP process. -Solid know how in PTC Creo and PDM systems. -Solid know how in software-based 3D tolerance calculation. -Understanding of Thermal Management architecture and components. -Capability to understand and interpretate system interaction.
• Proven record in product design achievement, until SOP.
