AFCS Technical Manager

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred: Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer or Electronics Engineer, where applicable.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in AFCS (Automatic Fare Collection System) or digital payment industries.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure of current Automatic Fare Collection System
• Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity in Project Management

Main Responsibility:

The AFCS Technical Manager is responsible for the technical supervision, inspection, validation, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of AFCS-related civil, electrical, cabling, network infrastructure, equipment installation, and physical interfaces. The position serves as the primary onsite implementation and infrastructure technical lead, ensuring that contractor, supplier, and integrator activities are implemented in accordance with approved engineering designs, latest approved shop drawings, technical specifications, project requirements, applicable standards, and actual site conditions.
