Afec Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day AFEC project activities to ensure timely implementation.
• Develop project plans, activity schedules, and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate with field staff, beneficiaries, community members, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct field visits to monitor project progress and ensure effective execution.
• Maintain project documentation, attendance records, activity reports, and beneficiary data.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and submit updates to management.
• Organise meetings, training sessions, workshops, and community engagement activities.
• Monitor project targets, identify implementation challenges, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure project activities align with organisational policies, objectives, and reporting requirements.
• Support data collection, impact assessment, and documentation of project outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project operations.
• Perform other project-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
