Affiliate & Creator Commerce Specialist

JG Superstore is one of the Philippines’ leading retailers of cameras, photography, videography, audio, and consumer technology products. We are looking for an Affiliate & Creator Commerce Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Ecommerce Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow JG Superstore’s affiliate and creator partnerships across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with content creators, affiliates, and influencers.
• Coordinate product seeding, affiliate campaigns, promotions, and creator collaborations.
• Monitor affiliate and creator performance, sales, traffic, conversions, and commissions.
• Develop strategies to increase affiliate-driven revenue and creator-generated sales.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to align campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on social commerce trends, creator marketing strategies, and platform developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• With experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, ecommerce, social commerce, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and results-oriented with the ability to monitor campaign performance.
• Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and creator partnerships.
• Knowledge of cameras, gadgets, consumer electronics, or related products is an advantage.
• Willing to work full-time, on-site, 6 days per week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
