Affiliate & Creator Manager

Miss Me is looking for an Affiliate & Creator Manager to grow and manage our creator and affiliate network across TikTok Shop and other social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new creators and affiliates
• Manage ongoing relationships with creators
• Coordinate product seeding and sample requests
• Negotiate creator rates, commissions, and deliverables
• Track creator content, sales, GMV, and ROI
• Identify and scale high-performing creators
• Manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns
• Coordinate Spark Ads and creator usage rights
• Maintain an organized creator database and outreach pipeline

Qualifications

• 3+ years of influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing
• Highly organized and comfortable managing a large creator network
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fashion/apparel experience preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
