Job Overview

We are looking for an Affiliate & KOL Assistant to support the growth and daily operations of our TikTok Shop Affiliate network.

This role focuses on creator recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, campaign execution, content monitoring, administrative support, and performance tracking to drive creator engagement, content output, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate & KOL Recruitment and Relationship Management

• Source, recruit, and onboard new Affiliate Creators and KOLs aligned with the brand.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, KOLs, and affiliate partners.

• Follow up with creators to encourage activation, regular content posting, and livestream activities.

• Manage creator communications, inquiries, and affiliate communities.

• Maintain and update creator databases and collaboration status.

2. Affiliate Campaign Execution

• Support the execution of TikTok Shop Affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.

• Coordinate campaign briefs, product information, promotional materials, and creator communications.

• Track creator participation, content deliverables, and campaign progress.

• Support creator rewards, affiliate leaderboards, and campaign-related activities.

3. Content Monitoring & Sample Management

• Monitor affiliate videos and livestreams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and TikTok policies.

• Identify high-performing content, effective hooks, content formats, and key selling points.

• Coordinate product sample distribution and follow up with creators on content posting.

• Track content submissions and sample-to-content conversion.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor and track affiliate performance, including GMV, active creators, video content, and LIVE activities.

• Prepare and update weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports.

• Track creator recruitment, onboarding, activation, and campaign performance.

• Identify top-performing and inactive creators for follow-up and reactivation.

• Maintain accurate creator databases, performance records, and affiliate leaderboards.

5. Administrative & Payment Coordination

• Prepare payment requests and supporting documents for KOLs, creators, and campaign-related expenses.

• Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

• Maintain organized payment records and campaign documentation.

6. Affiliate Event & Project Support

• Support Affiliate Events, Creator Workshops, training sessions, and brand activities.

• Coordinate creator invitations, registrations, event preparation, and follow-ups.

• Assist with event logistics, product samples, gifts, and rewards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, E-commerce, or related fields.

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and social media trends.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales-oriented, performance-driven, and eager to learn and grow.

Reporting Line & Scope

The Affiliate & KOL Assistant will report directly to the Affiliate & KOL Manager, primarily supporting daily execution, creator coordination, campaign operations, and performance tracking.

The Affiliate & KOL Manager will remain responsible for affiliate strategy, GMV targets, commission strategy, key creator relationships, campaign planning, and overall business growth.
