Affiliate BD

We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Business Development professional to grow and manage KuCoin’s affiliate network. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliates, identifying partnership opportunities, and driving business growth through effective affiliate strategies. This role requires a combination of market insight, strategic planning, and execution to help KuCoin expand its reach and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Identify and onboard high-quality affiliates to expand KuCoin’s global presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize affiliate programs and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase affiliate-driven revenue.
• Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor affiliate strategies, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Passionate about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 technologies.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in affiliate management, sales, or business development in the crypto or fintech industry .
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Self-driven, with a strong desire to make an impact in a fast-evolving and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to execute strategies effectively.
