Affiliate Coordinator

About the role

The Affiliate Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding affiliate members, monitoring affiliate performance and GMV, coordinating campaigns and content requirements, and providing consistent support to affiliates across TikTok Shop and other social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new affiliate members.
• Track and monitor GMV, orders, checkouts, content activity, and affiliate performance.
• Maintain accurate affiliate trackers and prepare performance updates and reports.
• Promote and support the BTY Affiliate Program through TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Coordinate with affiliate members regarding content guidelines, campaigns, updates, and support needs.
• Assist in content planning, including content ideas, captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Monitor affiliate activity and identify active, inactive, and high-potential affiliates for appropriate follow-up and support.
• Provide regular coordination and follow-through to ensure affiliate activities and campaigns are properly implemented.
• Perform other related tasks necessary to support the Affiliate Department.

About you

• College level or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in affiliate marketing, particularly TikTok Shop and social media platforms, is preferred.
• Basic understanding of GMV, orders, checkouts, content performance, and affiliate tracking.
• Ability to create or assist with basic social media content, including captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, trainable, and comfortable working with a growing affiliate team.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong experience or demonstrated skills in TikTok, social media, content creation, or affiliate marketing.
