JOB SUMMARY:

The Affiliate Growth Executive is a newly created position responsible for driving affiliate marketing growth across all online channels — TikTok Shop, Shopee, and the company website. The role owns affiliate strategy, creator partnerships (MCN/KOL/KOC), campaign planning and execution, budget management, and performance optimization to meet sales targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Affiliate Strategy & Creator Partnership (30%)

• Develop affiliate growth plans aligned with sales targets across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and online channels.

• Recruit, negotiate, and maintain relationships with MCNs, KOLs, KOCs, and affiliate creators.

• Expand the creator pool and identify high-performing partners.

2. Campaign & Affiliate Operations (25%)

• Plan and execute monthly affiliate campaigns.

• Manage campaign calendars, creator onboarding, commission schemes, sample requests, product selection, affiliate links, campaign setup, and daily operations.

• Ensure smooth execution from planning through to campaign completion.

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization (15%)

• Monitor GMV, orders, ROI, commission cost, creator performance, CPS efficiency, and campaign effectiveness via dashboards (Kalodata, Kalopilot, TikTok Shop, Shopee Analytics, GA4, etc.).

• Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and optimize creator mix, investment, and campaign strategy.

4. Budget & Investment Management (10%)

• Manage the affiliate budget, sample budget, and commission investment.

• Ensure spending efficiency and target ROI.

• Forecast monthly affiliate investment.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

• Coordinate with Design, Video/AI Video, Marketing, Sales, the in-house livestream team, and Warehouse to align promotions, vouchers, livestream schedules, creative assets, inventory availability, sample delivery, and campaign timelines.

• Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and creators.

6. Reporting & Data Analysis (5%)

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide business insights for decision-making.

7. Market Research & Process Improvement (5%)

• Monitor competitor affiliate strategies, platform policies, creator trends, and emerging social commerce opportunities.

• Recommend new growth initiatives based on market insights.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate, E-commerce, Creator Partnership, or Influencer Marketing.

• Experience using TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and creator management tools is required.

• Able to communicate in English or Korean.

Preferred

• Experience working with MCNs, KOL/KOC agencies, or brand-side affiliate operations.

SALARY :

Negotiable based on experience and capability (FROM 12.000.000 ~ 20.000.000)
